I learned to make “Salade Sofia" in primary school. A time when school was supposed to prepare us for the world of adulthood, equipped with all the necessary tools, like the basics of cooking (and... uh... netting and sewing).
For the 10th anniversary of posting this recipe on my professional website, I decided to update the recipe. This time, I made it with all the berries from the garden. This year, they are bursting with flavour and I can’t get enough. Only the kiwi fruits are (organic) from the store. My mint is also celebrating its 15th birthday!
