Who Am I?

With 30 years of experience as a Michelin-trained chef, a private chef for royalties and A-list celebrities, and today a Naturopathic Chef and lecturer, I am here to share my passion for good food, playing with flavours and textures, while using wholesome ingredients, to make your dinner a moment to remember, or teach you how to cook healthy meals in no time.

My repertoire includes classic French and mediterranean cuisine, traditional Thai and Japanese, macrobiotics, paleo (and autoimmune paleo — AIP) and keto diets, low GI/GL, and also including "free-from" (gluten-free, sodium-free, and sugar-free), and allergen-free).

​Whatever your dietary requirements, your meals will always be delicious and healthy.

Since 2016, I have been fully qualified and a registered Nutritional Therapist and Naturopath. Plus, I am an internationally recognised iridologist. 

I believe in the power of food, and, most importantly, I consider FOOD AS MEDICINE — a belief that has held true throughout history. Additionally, I acknowledge that emotions play a fundamental role in influencing bodily functions at the root and the way we eat (too much or too little). 

Choosing quality ingredients, and opting for freshness, seasonality, and organic options whenever possible should be a priority. Banning processed food and ingredients is not only necessary, it is vital.
