Initial Consultation, plus two follow-ups (4-6 weeks apart).
Your plan cooked (3 days at a time, in your own kitchen), portioned and labelled, for you two days a week so that you have nothing to worry about.
All is taking care of (meals and snack, as appropriate).
Your meal can then safely make part of your lunch box or be reheated in the evening.
- Cost of food not included, which depends on your individual program, allergies, and dietary requirements.
- Price is per person.
- Cooking at your residence twice a week.
- Any subsequent follow-ups charged at practitioner's rate.
- Option of three times per week. Extra day charged at chef's daily rate.
- Extra consultations charged at practitioner rate. "Weight Management" packages include 30-minute follow-up consultations every two weeks for 12 weeks. Preferential rate applies thereafter for recurring follow-ups until the desired goal is achieved.
