Following a consultation, I can propose menus tailored to your specifications, from a three-course meal to the most impressive tasting menu, either you want to entertain family or friends, impress clients, or simply having the best romantic dinner in the comfort and intimacy of your own home.
I create meals using high quality, local ingredients as well as exquisite dishes focused on your specific dietary requirements (and of you guests) including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian and vegan to make your dinner simply perfect.
Having trained for six years during my catering college years, and a further two years in private intensive courses, I can recommend fine wines to compliment the meal.
What’s more: I will make sure the kitchen is spotless by the time I leave. There will be nothing for you to do, and no kitchen-hangover in the morning.
Also, I follow appropriate behaviours to reduce waste, purchase locally and protect the environment.
Plus, a percentage of my personal fees is dedicated to a trusted Charity; therefore, you are also helping kids or disabled people here in the UK.

Over a decade, working in people’s home, I have seen so many different kitchens; however, the bigger the kitchen the less functional it seems to be. Designers are more interested in having your kitchen looking trendy, ‘expensive’, yet they give little attention to practicality, and to the most important function of a kitchen: cooking.
Every time, I was brought forward to speak to designers, they were amazed with my knowledge of kitchen planning, the time I spend on sourcing the best and most practical equipment according to your budget, and how important a chef point of view remains all along.

A day at the market
I can share with you my passion for cooking, teach you how to cook, but it starts by choosing the right ingredient.
At eight years old I already had my own little patch of garden, kindly given by my dad, and I have learned from a very young age to rip the rewards for growing my own fruits and vegetables - that still, today I grow in my much bigger garden, and greenhouse.
The taste never fail to impress me. It is truly organic. I enjoy my vegetables so much more...
Somehow, you are never sure of the quality of what you buy until it is in your plate, or how to pick the perfect fruit or vegetable, tasting like it should. My personal advice, avoid shopping at supermarkets for fruits and vegetables, for it is all mass-produced, tasteless for they are picked well before the sun and mother nature had done their jobs, most of the time not of season (most imported fruits and vegetables are sprayed with several different grade of pesticides, and if it was not enough they are also radiated, a process that kill the ripping process, hence why you find that some fruits you buy go from hard-as-a-stone to rotten).
I propose to spend half a day with you and bring you to the best markets in London (Borough Market or New Covent Garden). You will discover ingredients of amazing quality, extremely fresh, and you can even sample for taste.

You will notice how much they care for their produce and the effort they put into bringing it to you.
