Delicious and rich, this green smoothie is thick and filling.
I have also added leftover nut porridge and made the recipe just amazing! The sweetness of the nuts breaks down the earthiness of the green powder, and the avocado makes it smooth and delicious. If you do not have nut porridge leftover, then you can add soaked or activated nuts. To replace the green powder, use 1 handful of kale or spinach. Recipe (for one large glass) 150-200 ml water 1 Scoop organic vegan green powder 1 scoop raw vegan protein powder or 2 tbsp. hulled hemp seeds 1/2 avocado 1/2 lemon juice 1/3 cucumber 1/4 apple 1/4 pear 2 tbsp. nut porridge leftover or 50 g soaked or activated nuts Place all ingredients in your blender and blitz until smooth. Drink. Switch off from the world around you, take a deep breath and forget about the day ahead. This is your moment. Be present and look for something to be thankful for this morning, and every morning. Leave the door and look at the sky; and smile, no matter how stressful you imagine your day to be. Show the world you are the one responsible for the way you respond to stress, and be a hero today. Your own hero! Your body and brain will love you for it. You just have to try to see it, and if you feel overwhelmed, just take a few seconds to reconnect with yourself and breath deeply.
