You can also add: 1 small Raw Beetroot, 1 Pear, 1 Apple, any Berries, Baby Spinach Leaves, etc... I have also tried with 100 ml of freshly brewed matcha green tea. Despite the Tannins content of the tea, the antioxidants of the tea itself and the other superfoods used in this recipe are far too powerful to be negated by the tiny portion of green tea. N.B.
