"Salad Sofia" in basic terms in a fruit salad tossed a yogurt, and sweeten to taste. My original twist involves the use of zero Dairy product and of SuperFoods.
RECIPE (For 4)
1 Punnet Blueberries
1 Punnet Strawberries
2 Kiwi fruits
1 Fermented Coconut Yogurt
1 Tbsp Açaì Powder
Wash berries thoroughly, and cut Strawberries in wedges. Peel Kiwi and cut into 8 pieces (each half in 4 pieces).
Place together in a bowl, and add the Coconut Yogurt and Açaì Powder. Mix gently and served.
Add shredded Mint Leaves for freshness.
