Roast vegetables have to be on your table every festive meal. Well, look no further for a new variation of the classic side dish. You can even sprinkle with Truffle Oil for extra flavour and a grown-ups alternative.
Ingredients (use Organic as much as possible)
– Serves 6–8
1 Each Large Butternut Squash
500 g Carrots
500 g Parsnips
4 Each Shallots
4 Each Garlic Cloves
PM Bay Leaves
1 Tbsp Truffle Oil (optional)
