The tip of a bamboo spoon usually suffice (as shown on the picture) for 100 ml to 200 ml of the hot beverage.
Place in a ceramic bowl (nothing of metal), and use bamboo whisk and stir until frothy.
Do not leave a drop in the bowl/cup - do not leave anything behind!!!
