As it happened, I was asked again to provide a traditional snack that would be ideal for both adults and kids.
Madeleines are usually made with flour, sugar, eggs and butter. But, traditional didn't mean I couldn't make delicious madeleines gluten-free.
As it happened, nobody has spotted a difference.
I had to please everyone and so I followed orders and added sugar, but you can replace caster sugar by your favourite plant-based sugar or even erythritol to make these a low-carb option #keto #lowcarbs.
I also added delicious matcha green tea for the adults with a hint of lemon.
