· 1/2 apple · 1 peeled kiwi · 250 ml of coconut water · 1/2 avocado · 1 handful of Curly kale/Purple Kale/ Baby Spinach or very dark green* leafy vegetables · 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds (optional) · 1/2 tsp of coconut oil (optional) · 1/2 tsp Matcha Green Tea · 50 ml freshly boiled filtered water · 1 pinch Powdered Pink Grapefruit Peel
*The darker the leaf the highest content in key minerals and health-boosting compounds.
