This is not snacking!!!
This is guilt-free heaven. The perfect Nutritious and delicious pick-me-up; perfect to share at a picnic; for an evening bite between friends (remember that socialising is one of the best remedies for HPA Axis Dysregulation, AKA Adrenal Fatigue). Plus, they will love you for it. The downside: it is so easy to make... Sorry... there are none... so no need to stress about it! This recipe is also very great to boost Liver Detoxification phases, and elimination. For the perfect serving suggestion, a Grain-free, Gluten-free, Dairy-free, Egg-free, Nut-free crackers that will have all your friends wanting to steal the recipe will be featured in my Summer Edition Newsletter. True-Paleo and Vegan, this recipe is bursting with flavour. Despite having a lower Protein profile (not a complete protein), a 25g portion delivers nearly 5g of (plant-based) protein and 5g of fibre, which is an ideal ratio with Fat and Carbohydrate to keep you fuller for longer, but also to help the body heal and repair, and keep blood sugar levels on check (with a GL of only 8!). To top it up, it contains a remarkable ratio of Omega-3:Omega-6 (1.3:1), which, if consumed as part of a diet rich in Omega-3s, may be incorporated to an Alkalising, Anti-inflammatory or Paleo Autoimmune Diet protocol.
