Truly delicious!

No... No... I insist!!!
Truly delicious!

So delicious, I did not manage to keep the bottle full even for the picture...

To prove it was that truly DELICIOUS I kept the remains... and yes, you have guessed it... It was truly, TRULY DeLiCiOuS!!!
RECIPE (For 1)

200ml Organic Coconut Milk (full-fat), or Kefir, or Fermented Coconut Yogurt
1 Tbsp Açaì Berry Powder, or Fresh/frozen blueberries

1 Tbsp Chia Seeds, or Flaxseeds/Linseeds, or Hemp Seeds
1 Tbsp/scoop Organic (Raw) Whey Protein Powder

1 Tbsp/scoop of your usual green powder, or Spirulina Powder

Nutrition Facts below are based on Spirulina. Because of the very wide varieties of Green Powders, please refer to the label and add accordingly.

As you can see from label below, one juice supplies enough Vitamin C to cover nearly a third of your Recommended Daily Intake, 50% Iron, and a 1/5 of your Calcium.
So not a bad start, is it?

Considering that you are flooding your body with extremely powerful antioxidants (AçaÌ has the highest ORAC of all fresh fruits/vegetables), which will keep on fighting free-radicals (including from pollution, electrical and wifi waves, chemicals present in foods and water, etc.), Essential Fatty Acids, including Omega-3s which are well-knwon for their anti-inflammatory properties (Coconut is also antibacterial, anti-fungal, and studies suggest also reduces Blood Cholesterol levels), and an entire array of Amino Acids (Protein - 20%). Amino Acids are responsible for building and repair (your body's building blocks), and because many are essential (the body cannot synthesise them, they must come from the diet) and more can become essential (many Amino Acids are precursors of several other Amino Acids, so if one is missing it cascades into reducing an entire selection of body processes).

If you do not have the time in the morning for a full breakfast, then this should be the thing you should do. It takes less than 5 minutes to make.
Place all ingredients in blender until smooth and creamy.
You can even pour it in a thermos (air-tight, protected from light container/bottle) and drink it along your journey to work or to your destination.

Plus, with only a GL of 8, it will get that elevenses cravings for sweet or caffeine out of the way, and keep you focused and productive...

To make it interesting, swap Seeds for others, and Green Powder for Seaweed Powder, or Wheat/BarleyGrass... Be adventurous!

How you start your day may affect your entire day but also your life.
Breakfast, it has been said a myriad of times, is the most important meal of the day. Why do we need to be told again and again?
Well, that's because it is.
Remember the meaning of the word itself, which amplifies its purpose:
Break-the-fast.
Depending on how many hours you sleep, and at what time you had your last meal, your body did not get any nutrients for several hours, ranging from 8 to 10 hours. So what enters your body first thing in the morning is of the utmost important as the body will just assimilate as much as it can to refill or top up essential nutrient levels.
