Lecturer and Practical Teacher for the Natural Chef Course

   Starting September 2016, I will not only be in my last year as a student in Nutrition and Naturopathic Medicine, but I am also be the major part in setting up the brand new course dedicated to training Natural Chefs.
I will teach the basics of cooking, including all cooking methods, cutting, slicing, marinating, etc. with complete demonstration, and oversee each student ability to execute simple task of recreating all in the practical kitchen. Students will also learn to write recipes and deliver the final dish, and be inspired to experiment outside of the college.
Other subjects include "protein", "liver and detox", and "the immune system".

By having ingredients that require very little cooking the variations are endless. It can be served in a Stir-Fry Fashion, or Ramen-like, as in this recipe, or even Steam-Fry (which involves a little water and a hot pan, instead of oil or fat).

On some rare occasion, either because it is far too hot a summery day, or just because one wants to give a break to the digestive system, or on Intermittent Fasting Diet, or for whatever the reason, cooking and eating a full meal is simply not happening... 
It was one of those days today. I just wanted to just eat something fresh, yet delicious and feeling. Having an entire wall of Blackberries ripe for the picking, the last remaining strawberries and some raspberries, I was on for a supercharged, antioxidant-rich meal.
