INGREDIENTS (for 1)
· 1/2 apple
· 1 peeled kiwi
· 250 ml of coconut water
· 1/2 avocado
· 1 handful of Curly kale/Purple Kale/ Baby Spinach or very Dark Green Leafy Vegetables
· 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds (optional)
· 1/2 tsp of coconut oil (optional)
· 1/2 tsp Matcha Green Tea
· 50 ml freshly boiled filtered water
· 1 pinch Powdered Pink Grapefruit Peel
Bring water to boil, pour over Matcha Green Tea powder in a small ceramic bowl, and mix gently-but-vigorously with bamboo whisk until foam forms at the top of beverage. Let to cool for just a moment.
Place everything in a blender. Add infused Matcha Green Tea (all of it – nothing gets wasted!), and blend until smooth.
N.B. The darker the leaf the highest content in key minerals and health-boosting compounds.
