I have tried to create a comprehensive diagram exposing the link between chronically elevated Stress (>6 months – 1 year) and Blood Sugar imbalances, Insulin Resistance and the symptoms of the Metabolic Syndrome, impaired cognitive functions and Oestrogen dominance disorders, taking into consideration the emotional status, and psychological responses.
The effect of high blood Cortisol levels have many implications on health and disease expression, and it all starts with out-of-control stress response or Chronic Stress.
