In-House Cooking Lessons
A service customised to your needs and time
Upon availability and season, I will exclusively purchase locally sourced organic food, with the best possible taste, that will include all the required ingredients for the lesson. Bringing into your own kitchen expertise and passion in very easy to follow step-by-step recipes.
The recipes will be yours to keep so you can recreate the dishes in the future, a picture of the plate taken and attached to the recipe to always get the perfect presentation.
You will learn:
I will guide you through every step from holding a knife to sautéed vegetables, from filleting a fish to cooking meat to perfection, from mixing ingredients and flavours together to tasting at every stages of preparation, until the dish is exquisitely presented and ready to eat.
During the lesson you will learn some of the greatest chefs secrets and the best ways to prepare quick and healthy meals for your entire family.
By understanding food, and without any regrets, you will learn to say goodbye to expensive take-away meals and junk food full of much cheaper alternative to healthy food: hydrogenated and saturated fat, chemically extracted low-grade vegetable oils (Deep fry oil, bottled salad dressing, ready-made mayonnaise, 'olive oil'...), refined sugars (Extracted with solvent and extreme heat, then bleached), refined salt (Collected by huge construction tractors, dried, bleached and packed with anti-caking agent), chemicals (MSG, flavouring, Additives, non-wholefoods E-numbers, solvent residues...), not mentioning the poor hygiene standards of some premises.
As a result, you and your family will lead a healthier and happier lifestyle (Food plays an unquestionably role on mood and health as a whole), eating nutritious and freshly prepared meals made by you, with minimum effort.
Once you are comfortable with cooking and familiar with ingredients you can expect to prepare everyday menus in twenty-five minutes or less, family big or small, and you will no longer hesitate in hosting exquisite dinner parties.

• Ensure you have the basic tools necessary at the confection of the dish (do not

• As a matter of health and safety, your kitchen should be cleaned and prepared for
the lesson
• Have a notepad handy so you can write useful information, cooking techniques,
and tips.

Take part in a full-day 1-2-1 class or as part of a group; or a morning beginner's class - you can learn all about the basic of cooking, knife skills (how to hold, use a knife effectively, and how to look after your set), and hands-on dish preparation -, or even an advanced afternoon class, cooking a three-course meal, including dessert/cake-making.
WE ARE NOW OFFERING ONLINE VIDEO COOKING LESSONS, VIA ZOOM, MESSENGER OR SKYPE.
Techniques you can learn: bread-making (baguette, focaccia, flat bread...), baking (cakes, biscuits...), healthy gluten-free bread and cakes, healthy-cooking including "free-from" (no eggs, wheat, gluten-free, sugar, dairy-products), and alternative cooking such as vegetarian, vegan, macrobiotics, true-paleo or keto.
