I have finally achieved one of my lifelong dreams.
I have now fully qualified in Nutrition and Naturopathic Medicine at The College of Naturopathic Medicine London. Plus, I will be specialising and certified in Iridology by 2017. Additionally, I am currently training in Personal Performance Coaching and also to become an NLP practitioner. I truly believe in the power of food, but most importantly that FOOD IS MEDICINE, and that it always was, but also that emotions affect body functions at the root. Food should be for health and well-being; therefore, choosing quality ingredients, fresh, in season, and whenever possible Organic, should be a priority – banning completely processed food and ingredients. Forget constant dieting! Simply, Eat a balanced diet the way Nature intended and exercise the way that works for you, to reach and maintain your ideal weight, and a natural healthy state. I am now certified to help you achieve your goal (certified in "Detoxification, Cleansing and weight loss" 2015), and works with you to build a plan that is realistic and achievable, but most importantly that will bring positive results. With 25 years experience as a Michelin Star-trained chef, a private chef for British and Middle Eastern Royalties and A-list Celebrities, and today a Natural Chef and lecturer, I am here to share my passion for good food, playing with flavours and textures, while using wholesome ingredients, to make your dinner a moment to remember, or teach you how to cook healthy meals in no time.
I currently teach amongst other courses: "Knife Skills, presentation and flavours" as part of the Natural Chef Course at CNM London, and "Healthy Cooking for Busy Lifestyle".
My repertoire includes Classic French and Mediterranean Cuisine, Traditional Thai and Japanese, Macrobiotics, Paleo, and Dukan Diets, Low GI/Low GL, and also including "free-from" (Gluten-Free, Sodium-Free, Sugar-Free, Light...).
