This juice will rehydrate you and not only will it boost your immune system, but it will also improve your skin and help your brain and liver functions, with the vital nutrients found in each ingredient listed in the recipe.
If possible, use Organic berries, and if you cannot find fresh berries, you can substitute them with frozen Organic berries.
By using Organic ingredients, you are giving your liver the best of options, so that it can function properly. Pesticides, Insecticides, Pollutants, Additives, Chemicals, and processes, using poisonous substances such as bleach, solvents, and acids (think refined foods - e.g. tin peaches, etc.), used to manufacture some ingredients are all ingested and then dealt with by the liver. By using Organic you reduce the ingestion of such substances, and let your liver do what it does best, detoxifying your body without being overwhelmed, and overworked.
This juice is the ideal snack in the afternoon, as it will also prepare your Gastro-Intestinal Tract and allow it to digest your dinner better (this juice is packed with enzymes, that facilitate digestion and nutrients that feed the microflora present in your gut).
